Returns & Refunds

Because each order is produced once ordered returns and exchanges are not supported if you’ve ordered and received the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind.

I ordered the wrong size item, what do I do?

If your order has not been shipped out yet we can definitely help you! Please email [email protected] and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. The new size you are requesting

Damaged Products / Manufacturing Error

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error, visible quality issue, or incorrect item, we’ll replace or refund it. Please email [email protected] and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request and most importantly
  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Policy

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account balance within 24 business hours.

Shipping locations

Our print providers are able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

When will my package arrive?

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping time on all items.

I need to change my shipping address, what do I do?

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email [email protected] and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request and new shipping address.  

Do I have to pay International Customs and VAT?

For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.  A Giant Shop is not responsible for the payment of this fee.

Using the UK as an example, they state they will charge VAT on any shipment with a value greater than £15, which equates to approximately $23.27 USD.

Taxes will vary from country to country, as will tax enforcement.  We have found Canada and the UK to be among the countries with the strictest enforcement, unfortunately.  At any rate, this is an extremely common issue for international customers.  For folks that are especially upset or feel they were unlawfully taxed, we recommend they contact their customs office to file a dispute.  Customs offices will have forms available where their citizens can file their disputes, like this one for the UK:
